Prints – Delivery Information

• All prints are made to order

• Prints are received 10-14 days from payment

• Prints are shipped in sturdy packaging for protection

• A tracking number is provided to the email address and phone number entered at checkout

• Australia Wide = $30

• International = $50

Please note: Shipping costs will calculate automatically during checkout when you enter a delivery address.

Order cut-off date for Christmas delivery:

• Australia wide – 10th December

• International – 3rd December

Prints ordered between 20th December – 13th January will be processed from 13th January.

We recommend framing with Art Scene (Ryde, Sydney).

We recommend either:
Border mount frame
Bonded and box framed

For ‘Books’ prints we suggest a white or oak frame.
For Landscape prints we suggest a charcoal or oak frame.

If you would like us to arrange your framing please email us with your order number and framing preferences.

Returns

Prints are made to order, so we cannot accept returns.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Please double-check your order before submitting.

Damages and Loss

We take great care in packing and shipping all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, should your order arrive damaged, we ask that you send us photos or videos of the damage so that we can provide a replacement.
